Refund Eligibility

Our refund eligibility varies based on the type of service and the timing of your cancellation or refund request:

Personal Styling & Wardrobe Makeover Services

  • Cancellation 48+ hours before appointment: Full refund or reschedule at no additional cost
  • Cancellation 24-48 hours before appointment: 75% refund or reschedule with a 25% rebooking fee
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before appointment: 50% refund or reschedule with a 50% rebooking fee
  • No-show: No refund

Event Styling

  • Cancellation 7+ days before appointment: Full refund or reschedule at no additional cost
  • Cancellation 3-7 days before appointment: 75% refund or reschedule with a 25% rebooking fee
  • Cancellation less than 3 days before appointment: 50% refund or reschedule with a 50% rebooking fee
  • No-show: No refund

Virtual Styling

  • Cancellation 24+ hours before appointment: Full refund or reschedule at no additional cost
  • Cancellation less than 24 hours before appointment: 75% refund or reschedule with a 25% rebooking fee
  • No-show: 50% refund or reschedule with a 50% rebooking fee

Corporate Styling & Workshops

Corporate services have customized refund policies based on the contract. Please refer to your specific agreement for details.

Conditions for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • The cancellation must be made within the timeframes specified above
  • The cancellation must be communicated through our official channels (email, phone, or client portal)
  • For service dissatisfaction claims, issues must be reported within 7 days of service delivery

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to your satisfaction with our styling services. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 7 days of your appointment. We will work with you to address your concerns through one of the following remedies:

  • A complimentary follow-up session to address specific concerns
  • A partial refund based on the nature of the issue
  • A credit toward future services

Satisfaction issues must be reported promptly and accompanied by specific feedback to help us address your concerns effectively.

Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Bank Transfers: 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed
  • Service Credits: Immediately available in your client account

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Rescheduling Services

We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule your appointment:

  • Rescheduling 48+ hours before your appointment: No fee
  • Rescheduling 24-48 hours before your appointment: 10% rescheduling fee
  • Rescheduling less than 24 hours before your appointment: 25% rescheduling fee

Appointments can be rescheduled a maximum of two times before requiring a new booking.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable:

  • Gift cards (though they remain valid according to their terms)
  • Services that have already been delivered and completed
  • Special promotional services marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase
  • Service fees for no-shows as outlined above

Exceptional Circumstances

We recognize that exceptional circumstances beyond your control may arise. In cases of serious illness, emergency, or bereavement, we may offer more flexible refund terms. Such cases will be evaluated individually and may require documentation.
